Disney Springs Hotels for Adults

Up until more recent years, there were a lot of perks exclusive to staying at a Disney-owned resort on their property.

With the revamp of Disney Springs, the hotels specifically in that area have been granted some Disney perks in 2019 and 2020 that close to what you get for staying on-property! It used to be there were no perks, aside from the lower price tag so there was more to weigh in the decision.

Disney Springs Benefits in 2019 & 2020disney springs

  • Extra Magic Hours
  • FastPass+ Reservations 60 days out (30 days for all other hotels)
  • Ticket purchase at each hotel (though I recommend buying ahead of time so you can book FastPass+)
  • Book Golf tee times 90 days out
  • Shuttles to and from the park (though they tend to come around a lot less than on-property)

A very important note about off-property hotels: account for the cost of resort fees and parking fees. These are noted for each hotel, but this can add more than $50 a night to your stay!

If you’re going to stay off-property, I strongly encourage to book one of the 7 Disney Springs hotels. Their rates are comparable to hotels in the area, but you get these extra perks for free. It’s also a great location if you like nightlife, since you’re right across the way from Disney Springs! I have also created a worksheet to help you price-compare these options that INCLUDES the parking and resort fees so you can see your REAL final price tag.
