Animal Kingdom Lodge actually has two parts to the property. Jambo House is the main hotel area, and about a quarter of a mile away is another building called Kidani, which the DVC suites area.

Why we love it:
- beautiful, ground-level views of the Savannah (book during daytime, you can’t see anything at night)
- two words: bread service. trust me, get it.
- varied African beer and wine selection
- unique and adventurous menu
Why you might not love it:
- it’s not at the main hotel building, so you’ll have to walk or shuttle over to Kidani Village
- if you go at night, you won’t get the Savannah view
