I’m going to say this definitively: the resorts are home to the best food on Disney property. If you are a foodie, they are WELL worth leaving the parks for, and frequently very geared towards adults. We first discovered this on our honeymoon and have tried a new one or two every time we go back – we have yet to be disappointed.
Eating at Disney’s Resort Restaurants
They are located at the deluxe resort properties, but anyone can make reservations and enjoy! You can access the resorts via park transportation. Those options will depend on which park you’re coming from.
Magic Kingdom Area Resort Restaurants
These options are located around the Seven Seas Lagoon, right outside the Magic Kingdom. If you’re coming from there, you can hop the monorail servicing the resorts to get to them.
If you’re at any other park, you can hop a bus directly to any resort.
These are located outside the back entrance of Epcot, so you can walk to them if you’re in that park. Just go straight towards France in the World Showcase, and tucked behind you’ll see the exit with the boats. Just walk a couple minutes, and you’ll see the Boardwalk on your left, and Yacht Club and Beach Club on your right.
If you’re at any other park, you can hop a bus.
Animal Kingdom Lodge Restaurants
There’s just the one resort out by Animal Kingdom, but it has some of the best dining in Disney! It’s worth the bus ride over to taste the culinary genius going on over there.
No matter what park you’re at, you will need to take a bus to get there.
